The FIRST ALERT will remain in effect overnight through mid-morning Tuesday. The worst of this storm, including our heaviest rainfall and strongest winds will be overnight and into the early morning hours on Tuesday.

Strong winds and falling snow created whiteout conditions across Siouxland Sunday. Whiteout conditions are expected to continue into Sunday evening.

Today is a First Alert 6 Weather Day as strong winds will cause blowing snow decreasing visibility and possible power outages.
