A former private security company co-owner was sentenced on Wednesday after prosecutors say they used excessive force while on duty at a bar in southeast Portland.
The two victims have been identified as ​10-year-old Amor Wilson and 8-year-old Mila Chatman.
The Nevada DPS explains on their website that Amber Alerts are not issued for runaways or parental abductions.
